What is covered: Hosting and WordPress maintenance within your current plan. If you are unsure what is included, just ask and we will tell you before any work begins.

Outside scope: General IT, third-party software, and hardware are not covered under maintenance plans. We are happy to help but this will be quoted and billed at our standard hourly rate before work begins.

After-hours: Available for genuine emergencies only — meaning your website or hosting is confirmed down. Non-critical requests outside business hours are billed at 2x our standard rate regardless of plan.
